Reconnect your body, mind, and spirit amidst Nepal’s sacred landscapes. This 8-day yoga journey blends wellness, culture, and nature — from the peaceful hills of Kathmandu to the tranquil lakes of Pokhara and the spiritual heart of Gorkha.


Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu – Refresh and Relax Near Nagarjun Hill

Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your accommodation near the peaceful Nagarjun Hill – at Bhim Paradise Homestay, Visit Nepal Yoga Home, or a similar retreat.
Enjoy a gentle evening yoga and meditation session to relax after your journey.


Day 2: Spiritual Heritage Tour – Patan, Pashupatinath & Boudhanath

After your morning yoga and breakfast, explore the spiritual side of Kathmandu Valley:

  • Patan Durbar Square – the city of fine arts and ancient temples.

  • Pashupatinath Temple – the sacred Hindu pilgrimage site on the banks of the Bagmati River.

  • Boudhanath Stupa – one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world.
    Return to your retreat for evening meditation.


Day 3: Kathmandu to Pokhara

After a morning yoga session, drive or fly to Pokhara, the City of Lakes.
Enjoy a scenic journey with Himalayan views, and in the evening, stroll around Phewa Lake or visit the Peace Pagoda for sunset meditation.


Day 4: Pokhara Sightseeing & Overnight at Australian Camp

Start your day with yoga beside the tranquil lake. After breakfast, explore key sites like Devi’s Fall, Gupteshwor Cave, and Bindabasini Temple.
Later, drive to Kande and hike up to the Australian Camp (2000m), where you’ll enjoy sunset yoga with panoramic Himalayan views.


Day 5: Hike to Sarangkot via Kaskikot

Wake up to the mountain sunrise and practice yoga in nature. Then begin your hike to Sarangkot via Kaskikot, a scenic route filled with rural charm and mountain vistas.
Evening yoga and relaxation at Sarangkot, overlooking the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.


Day 6: Sarangkot to Gorkha via Pokhara

After your morning yoga and breakfast, travel to Gorkha, the historic hometown of King Prithvi Narayan Shah.
In the evening, practice yoga and meditation near the sacred Gorakh Kalika Temple and Gorakhnath Cave.
If time permits, visit Bajrabhairab Temple at Upallokot for a peaceful sunset view.


Day 7: Return to Kathmandu

After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu. Rest, enjoy shopping for souvenirs, or join a short evening meditation session at your hotel.


Day 8: Departure Day

Enjoy your final morning yoga and breakfast before your departure. Our team will transfer you to the airport for your onward journey — with your heart full of peace and your spirit rejuvenated.
