It all depends on other things such as age factor, your trekking habit, physical fitness, the itinerary you choose, or the weather of the season you are trekking in. These reasons decide whether the trek is going to be easy or hard. You need to keep in mind that you will be reaching 4380 meters in two days from Dunche (2100m).
Holy Gosaikunda Trek carries religious, cultural, natural, and social values. This trek is the most valued and famous trek in the Langtang region. Similarly, at an elevation of 4,380 m (14,370 ft) Gosaikunda is located. Gosaikunda is famous for its Hindu and Buddhist pilgrimage.
Trishuli River formation is from the meltwater of the Gosaikunda, and other 108 lakes in the vicinity. The poison was released after the Samudra Manthan. To save it, Lod Shiva swallows the poison, keeping it in his throat to save the world. To calm his pain Lod Shiva drink the water of Gosaikunda. Therefore, Hindus believe that Lod Shiva is sleeping under Gosaikunda.

Different beautiful lakes like Bhairavkunda, Suryakunda, Saraswatikunda, Blood Kunda, Naukunda, and Nagkunda surround Gosaikunda Lake. Likewise, after visiting this sacred lake, you will cross Laurebina La Pass at an elevation of 4,610m. Similarly, it follows the trail down towards Helambu valley. To make this trek shorter one can get down to Dhunche.
